The jokes rely much more on physical comedy or pratfalls compared to the quick witt we know. So for those of you who already know the show - the writing has been terrible. If you dont mind the spoilers, i'll continue. And you can see just how far the show has fallen in this final season. So fellow Office fans - what has gone wrong? As pointed out by some great Metacritic posters, as soon as Steve Carell left the show the essence of funny basically died. Our tradition after a long day was to kick back right before bed and laugh our butts off to Michael Scott and the gang. I've been watching The Office since Season 1 with my girlfriend who became my fiancee and then my beautiful wife and now the mother of my son and daughter only 2 weeks away. It actually makes me sad and infuriated that the show I had come to love has been reduced to this flaming pile of garbage. This season - Season 9 - of The Office is by far the WORST SEASON OF THE SHOW. After completing Ep 17 into Season 9 i'm about to explode. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. My total score for the 9th season is a 9.1/10=Amazing. Even if you found the last few season before this one to be lacking I believe you'll notice the return to form.
#Drummer on the office season 8 series
Still even with it's stumbles this is one of the best seasons of "The Office." They really ended the series on both a high and sweet note. In this season they portrayed him as a complete jerk and a moron who almost destroyed the company. In the previous seasons hew was a goofy but charming character who always tried to do right by managing the company. They really took a previously enjoyable character and drug him through the mud. The only thing out of place are the Andy plot-lines.

These episodes made me laugh at this show harder than I had in a long time and there's an overall sweet tone as it nears it's conclusion.

The Even though the show was beginning to feel stale in the last few seasons, the writers managed to make things feel fresh again in this final season.

Here are the 15 Things That Make No Sense About Dwight And Angela’s Relationship On The Office.Even though the show was beginning to feel stale in the last few seasons, the writers managed to make things feel fresh again in this final season. While Dwight and Angela were a good match overall, there are some things about their relationship that are truly confusing. Angela, on the other hand, loved nothing more than her cats and was often seen as one of the ruder members of the office who only cared about herself.Īs the show went on, though, the two began to grow closer and like all of characters on the series, they both went through an incredible story arc by the end of the series. Dwight, often the victim of pranks pulled by Jim, was seen as the weird guy in the office who was into karate, farming, and, of course, Battlestar Galactica. The couple had a complicated relationship from the start and both of them had vastly different personalities. While the show often focused on the love story of Pam and Jim, there was another couple that often doesn’t get enough credit Dwight and Angela. The show also featured a fair share of breakup storylines, which were often at the expense of the show’s main character Michael Scott. Throughout its nine seasons, everyone seemed to go through relationships, some of which seemed to be short flings, while other characters ended up getting married. There is no doubt that there were many office romances on the U.S.
